Possible waitlist spot may be open if you reach out to me, DMs are always open.

I do not accept commissions that involve:
⤷ Intricate or complex model work.
⤷ Chains (including nose chains) (they just get weird on me and I'm learning to fix them)
⤷ Scale Mod adjustments by other modders
(I do not mind helping/teaching you how to get makeup on your scales)
⤷ Glowing Scales or Glowing Tattoos (at the moment I don’t fully understand how to do it.)
⤷ Color Matching from other games (I'm still learning sorry!)
⤷ Custom Clothes (I'm still learning!)
⤷ I will NOT do any porting to Eve (because most creators do not allow it anyways), Kitten, or NSFW Lalafell Bodies (Should be pretty obvi).If I cannot do something I can also offer options for other modders I highly recommend.

✧ Payment must be 100% upfront unless Morii has said otherwise.
✧ Half-and-half payment optional on a case-by-case.
✧ No refunds for digital products.
✧ I will NOT port SL items into FFXIV. Even if you provide the items for me.
✧ I can decline any commission; may suggest other creators.
✧ Minor fixes may be free; old items needing a full redo may incur $5 fee.
✧ Commissions based on any free mods may be public unless original creator allows private use.
✧ If a creator’s permissions require payment for an additional copy in order to allow private upscaling, please be willing to pay that additional cost.

✧ Piercings: OPEN
> If I also have to buy said sculpt or mod for the piercings the price will change to being the price of the item I'm making the piercing(s) for + the Public or Private Fee.

A guide to using my work with respect.
Thank you for supporting Morii and the work that goes into every mod, pose, tattoo, makeup, edit, and asset.Everything I create is shared with the expectation that it will be treated with care. Downloading or receiving an Morii creation does not transfer ownership of that creation. You are being granted permission to use my work under the rules below — not permission to claim, redistribute, resell, or repurpose it however you wish.If something is not specifically permitted here, ask before you use it.

POSES & POSE BASES
You may adjust Morii poses for your own personal use.You may:
Adjust or refine poses for personal screenshots and renders.
Make changes necessary to fit your character or scene.
Use modified poses privately.You may not:
Reupload Morii pose files or pose bases.
Claim an Morii pose as your own creation.
Redistribute pose files through Ko-fi, XMA, Discord, Google Drive, or other platforms.
Include Morii pose bases in another creator's downloadable pose pack.
Use a(n) Morii pose as the foundation for a public pose release without prior permission.If you want to transform a Morii pose into something you intend to release publicly, contact Morii first.

MODS & MODIFIED WORK
Morii mods may be edited for personal use where otherwise permitted, but modifying a work does not transfer ownership of the original.You may:
Create personal edits, recolors, ports, or upscales where permitted.
Make harmless modifications for your own use.
Create compatible personal edits.You may not:
Claim Morii work, textures, meshes, designs, or edits as your own.
Remove or intentionally obscure Morii credits.
Use Morii creations to harass, threaten, shame, target, or harm another person.
Create racist, hateful, discriminatory, or malicious content using Morii work.
Create NSFW content involving Lalafell & minors or minor like characters.
Use Morii work in a way that violates the original creator's Terms of Use.Respect the source. Respect the creator.

PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE
Private edits are exactly that: private.You may create personal edits, including edits involving paid mods, provided the resulting work remains private.Private edits may not be:
Uploaded publicly.
Shared with friends, communities, or other creators.
Distributed through Discord, XMA, Ko-fi, Google Drive, or similar services.
Included in public modpacks.
Turned into a public release.
Used as part of a commission or paid service.A private edit does not become public-use material simply because you modified it.

PUBLIC RELEASES
Public releases of edits, ports, or upscales are permitted only after the original Morii release has been made public, unless Morii has explicitly granted permission otherwise.When releasing an edit:
Credit Morii clearly.
Link the original release whenever applicable.
Follow all Terms of Use belonging to the original creator.
Do not imply that your work is an official Morii release.
Do not redistribute original Morii files alongside your edit unless explicitly permitted.
Do not port Morii mods to Eve-Body, Kitten Body or any NSFW Lalafell body or Derivation Versions of said bodies.If another creator's Terms are stricter than Morii, the stricter rules still apply.

TATTOOS & MAKEUP
Morii tattoo and makeup designs are artwork, not unrestricted assets.Private Edits
Personal edits are permitted for your own use.Private edits may not be:
Uploaded.
Shared.
Redistributed.
Sold.
Used in commissions or paid services.You may alter Morii designs for yourself, but you may not turn them into someone else's product.Free & Public Releases
Free and publicly released Morii tattoos or makeup may be used as a starting point for personal edits.If you incorporate Morii work into something released publicly:
Credit Morii
Follow any additional permissions attached to the original asset.
Do not present Morii original design as your own.
Do not resell Morii original designs or assets.Morii original artwork, designs, and purchased assets remain the property of their respective creators unless explicitly stated otherwise.

COMMISSIONS & COMMERCIAL USE
Morii creations may not be used as a shortcut for someone else's paid work.Unless Morii has specifically granted permission, you may not:
Use Morii mods in paid commissions.
Include Morii assets in paid modding services.
Sell edits based on Morii work.
Package Morii work into a paid product.
Use Morii designs as commissioned tattoo or makeup assets.
Use Morii files as part of a commercial service.
Port Morii Products into other games/programs.
Payment does not automatically grant permission.If you want to use a Morii creation commercially, ask first.

ABSOLUTE NO'S
The following are prohibited without explicit written permission from Morii:Redistributing Morii files.
Repackaging Morii work into another mod.
Reuploading Morii files under a different name.
Claiming Morii work as your own.
Selling original Morii files or assets.
Using Morii work for AI training.
Using Morii work to generate AI assets or AI-assisted derivatives.
Removing or falsifying creator credits.
Using Morii work for harassment, hate, discrimination, or targeted abuse.
Using Morii work commercially without permission.
If you didn't create it, don't claim it.If it isn't yours to distribute, don't distribute it.

SHARED ASSETS
Some Morii projects may contain assets created, licensed, or purchased from other creators, Morii Terms do not override theirs.When using a shared asset:
Follow the original creator's rules first.
If their Terms prohibit something that Morii allows, their restriction still applies.When in doubt, check the original creator's permissions before releasing anything.

CREDIT & CREATOR RIGHTS
Credit is required whenever these Terms call for it.Please credit Morii in a reasonably visible and understandable manner.Do not:
Remove creator information.
Replace Morii name with your own.
Present an Morii edit as an entirely original creation.
Suggest that Morii officially collaborated on or endorsed your work unless such collaboration actually occurred.
An edit is still an edit.Changing a texture, recoloring something, porting it, or adding modifications does not make the underlying work yours.

UPSCALES
Morii allows upscaling of publicly released work, provided the original creator's Terms of Use also permit it.Private Upscales
Private upscales are permitted for personal use.
You may upscale a Morii mod.Private upscales may not be:
Uploaded publicly.
Shared or redistributed.
Used in commissions or paid services.
Packaged with another mod.
Sold or used as a commercial asset.Public Upscales
Publicly released upscales are permitted only after the original Morii release is public.If you release an upscale publicly:
Credit Morii as the original creator.
Link the original Morii release.
Clearly identify your work as an upscale, not an original creation.
Do not remove or replace the original creator's credits.
Do not include files that you do not have permission to redistribute.
Follow the Terms of Use of every creator whose work is included.
Do not sell the upscale or use it as part of a paid service unless Morii has granted explicit permission.AI Upscaling
AI-assisted upscaling is not automatically permitted.Using AI or machine-learning tools to upscale, reconstruct, enhance, or generate portions of a Morii texture or asset requires explicit permission from Morii.This restriction exists from Morii's general prohibition on AI training and AI-generated derivatives.When in doubt, ask before releasing.

THE THREAD OF FATE
Not every situation can be predicted by a Terms of Use document.If you're wondering:
“Can I release this?”
“Can I use this for a commission?”
“Can I port this somewhere?”
“Can I use this as a base?”
Ask Morii before proceeding.A question asked beforehand is always preferable to a Terms violation afterward.By downloading or using a Morii creation, you agree to respect these Terms.
Thank you for respecting the time, creativity, and work woven into every Morii creation.These Terms may be updated or revised at any time. Please check the current Terms before using older or newly released work.
